1. How do I book a Treatment?
You can book your Spa Treatment directly online on the booking page or by contacting the Spa of your choice by phone or email. You can see all our Boutique SPA here.
2. Where can I have this Treatment done?

3. Once I have booked, can I swap a Body Treatment for a Facial and vice versa?
Regardless of the Treatment booked, you can choose the type of treatment that suits you with your Vinotherapist, provided that the duration is the same as that of the treatment booked. It is only possible to swap your Treatment for a Body Scrub if a shower room is available.
4. I have booked a Treatment but want to cancel or postpone it, how do I do this?
Option 1: Cancel or postpone your Treatment by phoning or emailing the Boutique SPA where you made the booking. You can see all our Boutiques SPA here.
Option 2: As part of our cancellation policy, treatments can be cancelled or postponed no later than 48 hours before your appointment date. After this time, you will be charged for the total amount of the treatments. To change your booking, phone or email the Boutique SPA where you made the booking. 5. What is the difference between a Spa Treatment and an Add-on Treatment?
The Add-on Treatments are express treatments (30 minutes), targeted to personalise your experience even more to complement your Treatment or maximise its results.
The Add-on Treatments cannot be booked on their own.
